Steve and Lisa listed and sold our home on Boone Lake. Two days after listing the home my wife and I had two offers! We first met them during interviews to select a realtor familiar with marketing lake property. They impressed us with their knowledge of lake real estate, home staging, professional demeanor, friendliness, and communication. We were not disappointed! They kept us updated on every aspect of the sale process, and advised us up to the closing. If we had it to do again, there is no doubt the Lohoff Team is who we would choose. We are very thankful for their hard work, honesty, integrity, and communication. It's incredibly apparent they love what they do and this translates to the success they enjoy. And, although we are leaving the area we have made new friends - Steve and Lisa. Thanks to you both!

Lisa and Steve were so helpful during the process of selling our home. They answered every question we had along the way-even after the fact when we had questions about our yearly taxes. We used Steve and Lisa Lohoff in the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. We had a quick sale of our home even in a down market and they were instrumental in making the whole process run smoothly. They were also wonderful in helping us find our home by being responsive and willing to show us homes on short notice. We had a difficult seller to deal with but they were able to successfully negotiate on our behalf to make sure the sale went through.
